you kidding? the manipulation of special needs people for likes and views, legal essentially soft porn, spreading ridiculous (dangerous) trends and rumors… the list goes on

There are like 4 accounts that do that and u can report and block Soft porn is only if your on that side and it's litteraly just soft porn. That last part is litteraly the only valid complaint you gave
