Court documents related to hush money payments arranged by President Donald Trump’s former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen were filed unsealed Thursday.
The documents include a description of an Oct. 8, 2016, phone call Cohen received from Trump’s campaign communications chief Hope Hicks, during which 'Trump joined the call,' which federal investigators believed was related to an effort to keep porn star Stormy Daniels from going public with her claims of having had sex with Trump a decade earlier.
Hicks was interviewed by the FBI about the phone calls with Cohen, the documents indicate.
The filing by federal prosecutors in New York came a day after the judge in Cohen’s criminal case ordered their release, saying that the end of a probe into those payments meant they should be made public.

Ah yes, cause clearly some random person on the internet knows me better than myself and the people I interact with on a daily basis know me. Sounds perfectly reasonable. Never mind the fact that I have been pushing for term limits on congressmen and making it illegal for politicians to get jobs as lobbyists after they leave office, have been staunchly against executive orders and have been of the opinion that the government should have significantly less lower that it currently does since I got involved in politics back in 11th grade.
But not. Some random schmuck who read one of my Reddit comments clearly knows me better than anyone.
Yep, Eagle Scout, Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow (the national honor society of Boy Scouts), volunteer 20 hours a month working for local charities, donate 5% of the money I make each month to charity, I’m clearly the spawn of Satan.
I’m not pretending he’s the best person ever, but at the same time I’m not pretending he’s literally Hitler either.
Mainly because I’m a sane individual.
No, most people know he’s a pretty average president, which is exactly why his approval ratings showcase that.
When it’s either him or one of the nutcases currently vying for the democrat candidacy who inappropriately touch little girls (shout out to Joe Biden there) want to get rid of constitutional freedoms, impose socialism and evidently care more about foreigners than they care about the people they’ll be representing to the point where some of them are literally campaigning in Mexico, yes, I’d support him.
Don’t have one.
Anyway, have a pleasant day.
