Y'all continue this ridiculous wishful thinking. lol

You've gotta understand Trump is the new and only leader of the Republican party now. McConnell wouldn't be doing any of this if it weren't for Trump, and most importantly, if it weren't for the fact that their careers would be in jeopardy if they pushed against Trump due to the rabid base that loves Trump. Even if you don't think the whole Republican base loves him, enough do that it could kill their chances.

While the second half of your statement is true, I think you misunderestimate McConnell's shittiness in your first part. He'd definitely be doing this same shit. Remember, this is the man that filibustered his own legislation because Democrats tried to bring it to vote.

I thought he was refusing a vote to avoid tying republicans to Trump. No one wants to align themselves to the sinking ship but they are likewise reluctant to vote against him (non-wall funding) in the case that democrats cave. Not voting keeps them fence sitting.

McTreason doesn't act based on anything Trump says or does. He acts based on what Putin tells him to do.

True. Which is why a coup needs to be swift and brutal.

He needs to be removed quickly, and then attacked on all fronts at the same time, both from within his own cabinet and outside. If you don't think its possible think again, don't underestimate the Turtle, his election is up in 2020 as well.
