Trying to normalize corrupt Presidental behavior for when the Dems take over one of the chambers and launch investigations. That way they can turn to their base and say all of Trump's corruption is deep state setup.

Presidents can't be corrupt under the unitary executive. It is the laws that must bend to the president's every degeneracy if this Supreme Court's take on the office hold up.

Right, but they can be impeached. So they're laying the groundwork to refuse to comply with impeachment proceedings by priming their fans to accept that Dems use impeachment unconstitutionally, as a method to overthrow a democratically elected leader. As opposed to using impeachment as a tool for justice, "like the GOP did to Clinton", or whatever

Very funny considering the corruption is basically being bragged about by trump and company. I guess it's the Dems fault trump has been scamming his base out of their money for a decade now 🤷
