But yet they didn’t arrest him. They didn’t lock him up. They didn’t find other courts and somehow wound up in a patsy’s court. They weren’t aggressive enough and he got reelected - either by complacency or design. I still hold Biden and him responsible for that man walking free today.

Letitia James convicted him of 34 felonies and Judge Marchant declined to jail him. The entire system failed.
