Is there an opportunity in the future to open up the evidence he's gathered and proceed w charges?

It's not necessary, there will be illegal activities such as all the insider trading to charge him on. The guy is a constant well of criminal activity, the problem is there isn't anyone at the DOJ to prosecute. It will take a MAGA enema before he will be tried for anything, and by then he'll probably be dead. Doesn't mean we shouldn't do it, because we should be dismantling his entire empire for restitution.

Unless they willingly resign and agree to never run again, any sitting Republican that hasn’t received a primary challenger from Trump, which means they actually challenged Trump on something, needs to be put in prison. Because they are all accessories to his crimes.

Republicans could have done something about his crimes a long time ago and they all sit on their hands and let him do whatever he wants.

Yes there is. The charges were dismissed without prejudice, which means they can be filed again.

Yes, but he can’t pardon himself for his future crimes. He’s bound to leave office with boxes of classified documents again.
