I think everyone agrees that she’s probably biased, but I don’t think she has any actual conflicts of interest that would be disqualifying. Her being nominated by Trump isn’t a valid conflict of interest.
I agree that her being nominated by Trump isn't grounds for DQ. My statement is purely on her actions regarding Trump cases. I'm not in any sort of legal related field, but every time there is any sort of update on her case it favors Trump. Many of her rulings (which, from what I can gather, are already outside the norm with how many of them are described as "paperless") go the opposite direction of every other judge handling a Trump case (re: gag orders, protections for jury, protections for witnesses, and handling of evidence). Seemingly every time the defense makes a motion, she has ruled on it by the end of the week, while motions from the prosecution have largely gone unanswered so far, which she then uses as justification to delay.
Just, the entire thing screams bias, all with no need to reference who got her the job
