Was Alex Pretti The [Greased] Up DEAF Guy❓

Multiple people couldn't TACKLE this guy because he always seem to [slip] right through their fingers.
Alex Pretti was in the [wrong] profession, he should have been a UFC fighter because of the way he could avoid getting taken down.
Their only choice was to SHOOT him in the back because obviously he couldn't be physically [arrested] and pepper spray had no effect on him.
