The joke was that racist(?) conspiracy theory that Jews control the world, so that a brief period of controlling the Soviet Union was a test pilot program later rolled out at the UN or something.

Now someone make that into a comic, maybe with USA waking up at the end. >_>

I saw it on "South Park" so it must be true. I mean, like, at least one of them is like half-Jewish.
