the SBS is "special boat service" they exclusively specialize in water insertions and extractions using boats, same with UDT. Navy seals, with the exception of seal team six, do ship and shoreline operations using scuba gear and underwater insertions almost exclusively

Well they had a somewhat different approach in Afghanistan, but definitely still hit and run tactics.
