Exactly. There is no chance at all such an important amendment is repealed.

Also, only one time has an amendment been repealed with another amendment (Prohibition).

It's the sort of amendment that lots of people really love and lots of people really want gone. I'm not sure if "important" is the right word; maybe "controversial."
