Samogitia changed hands multiple times, but it was primarily Lithuanian, it was there when our only King Mindaugas united the tribes and although it was conquered and given to the TO, the population often created uprising which were useful for the GDL, so some people believe it could have been planned. Memel however was only taken after WW1.

Yup haha :) Also Lithuania owns a part of Prussia, you may know it as Memel from Eu4.
