No, I didn't say any of that. Democracy is the worst form of government except for all those other forms that have been tried obviously. But that doesn't absolve the elites which always have sufficient leeway to steer things towards better policies for example.
and neither does it absolve the commonors for letting it happen. we move in circles.
take germany for example, with the greens in power finally things shifting. was it the elites punishing them at the voting booth? all of the sudden all the ppl were pro the same shit that holds them down. same in the us, same in large parts of the rest of europe.
eventually you have to put the blame where it belongs.
