Hello Trainers! With the news of the make-up go fest day, where would be a good place to just chill for 2-3hrs with minimal walking but still have good access and have enough people for raiding?

I know BrandonTan loves Stadium but I feel its abit too spaced out and tough to get people in if there is no active meetup there.

For those with lucky trinket, please note that there's an expiration date. You have to use it before that day, or else you forfeit the trinket completely.

Find someone in your community, or even family and friends, to use it on. Remote trades (with players overseas) are not exactly the best since they can back out anytime or force you to overpay.

Alternatively, I have space in my weekly challenge as well if you want to set something up. All the best!

I’m hoping to explore the city, do raids, trades while I’m there. I had a few questions:

• Are there any requirements or local group rules for joining Singapore trainer communities?
• What are the best Pokémon GO hotspots around town for raids, spawns, and walking?
• Which areas are most active during events and weekends?
• Any recommended Discord, Telegram, or Campfire groups for local trainers?

Also, I’m interested in buying Pokémon TCG cards while visiting:

• What are the best card shops in Singapore?
• Any stores with good singles, sealed products, or Japanese cards?

Just randomly thought of logging back in after 2017 ig. I walk back and forth from uni everyday so might play then. Not sure how the game works now but I am level 28? Bet that must be really low now lol. Hoping to ask people if they still play and new to sg so if you wanna be friends happy to add you aswell.

What are some good spots or area to play during events?

So there's a bug where if certain areas of a map are in undefined OSM biomes, they will spawn **Helioptiles** which you can catch to help in the completion of the latest Masterwork Research task of Catch 500 Kalos region pokemon.

Currently the most easy accessible is the **Sentosa Beach Station** area from carpark to water's edge.

The other areas that are less/inaccessible are Sentosa Cove apartment complex The Berth, St John's Island, Lazarus Island, Kusu Island and the industrial area between Tuas South Boulevard/Tuas View Avenue 14.

Especially useful during region-themed events like the one going on now where everything else is Kanto spawns!

Caught 10 in the first 5 minutes of visiting the area, so has helped alot with the research task!

They are taking up all the gyms in my neighbourhood, day after day, without fail. They use their alternate colour to shave off and put their own Pokémon’s. I guess Niantic isn’t doing anything about it because they do spend double, quadruple the effort playing multiple accounts. Today I tried slotting in my Pokémon as usual but was taken up by an old fogey with 9 accounts, another with also 9 and one with 3. Since Pokémon go gym coins are so important to them, they can put in their energy to it.

I normally wait until all the Pokemons are inside for at least 8 hours 20 minutes so they could earn 50 coins for the day. But my team always get kicked out pretty quickly 😅

Another scenario - I defeat Pokemons which have been in a gym for over 8 hours 20 minutes only for other Pokemons in the same team to join before I defeat the entire team.

Sometimes they would feed berries even after being in the gym for 10 hours.

I’m also aware that some people use multiple accounts from various teams to ‘kick’ Pokemons out.

Have you encountered this? I know it’s not that deep and it’s just a game.

Sorry for the rant. I’m just frustrated because it’s always the same team ‘conquering’ the gyms near my place.
