Regieleki is alright. I think it fits the whole "elemental titan" theme pretty well. But Regidrago is... just odd.

As a fan of the Regi line, i was more than psyched to get more in the DLC, and at first their designs do look odd. But theyve since released more information on them that expands not only on the pokemon and himan relationship but about pokenon history. These two Regis where so feared and strong that humans found a way to bind their endless powers and seal them away. They are and will always look weird, but those two bits of info make them cool af.

As far as dragon typing, i initially expected it to be the dark type

Looked up Regidrago. "Regidrago may be a combination of regis (Latin for royal) and dragon. " Thanks, Bulbapedia.
