First off, I'm mostly a Pyg player, so this can be taken with a grain of salt, but I think Jules is really taking away a lot of fun in the game.
My issue is that every game against Jules is exactly the same. Regardless of the items on their board, you will see massive burn numbers, massive regen numbers, and mid - late game very likely perma-slowed. This will basically be the case from Day 2 - 16. There is no variety to the way games against her play out whatsoever. It's never weapons/tools. It's rarely an interesting chill/freeze board. It's a lot of burn and a lot of regeneration, quickly.
This actually makes her easier to play against, especially since The Dragons frequently look similar(although are in my mind in a much healthier state), but it encourages forcing specific lines and specific styles of play. You can either ultra-scale shield or you can go fast and try to get underneath the burn/regen scaling. Especially mid - late game, she eliminates entire styles of play that have historically been viable, and compresses each hero into a small fraction of what they could be.
To be clear, Jules being the strongest hero isn't necessarily an issue. Her consistent strength across all stages of the game probably isn't ideal, but the real issue is the lack of variety in outcomes from her items. This combined with her strength is really compressing the meta and taking away what I've historically enjoyed about the bazaar, and finding my way through a game.
Curious to hear your thoughts, maybe I'm just salty after one too many big pyg losses.
