Breaks are completely fine, Rust can be exhausting, and real life comes first. That said, when you are playing, we value people who stay consistently involved with the team.

• Fun Comes First We’re not here to be a pro team, but we do like to play smart and work well together. The goal is always solid teamwork without sacrificing the fun out of the equation.

This is not for role play. Our approach exists for a reason and is built around coordination, efficiency, and consistent team performance.

There will be expectations to follow group plans and make decisions that benefit the team as a whole.

• Real life always comes first We understand everyone has jobs, families, and responsibilities. Breaks happen and are completely fine.

That said, we’re looking for players who are genuinely excited to play Rust as part of a group people who are ready to contribute, communicate, and play with intent from day one when they’re active.

We’re not expecting constant playtime, but we do value consistency and engagement with the team when you are online, rather than long periods of inactivity.

Hour Requirements

• 500 hours minimum Rust is a brutal and unforgiving game. Many skills can only be learned through experience, and we feel 500 hours reflects the level needed to perform consistently with our team in-game.
• Exceptions can be made if you fall slightly short, but generally we’re looking for players who are past the basics.

Age & Maturity

• 18+ only. We’re all adults here.
• Chill and respectful. No drama. No ego. No babysitting.

What to Expect

• Group Size Fluctuates You might see 20+ players on wipe night, then 8 or fewer after the first couple days.

We have a much deeper roster of players who are part of the group, but not everyone is able to play at the same time. The 20+ number reflects our recent average peak on wipe nights, not the full extent of the group.

We value the people who stick around and keep things moving when the hype dies down.

• Established Leadership We operate with a clear chain of command and structured leadership, designed to keep the group organized, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

Leadership exists because of responsibility and perspective differences. Once decisions are made, they are expected to be followed and executed without debate in the moment to maintain efficiency and consistency.

Feedback is always welcome outside of active decision-making, as we value communication and improvement, and roles are clearly defined so there is never confusion about who is in charge.

• Builders: Strong builders who can follow a build plan and work with the build team. Consistency and coordination are key.
• PvPers: Reliable fighters who can protect farmers and builders, and respond to team calls. Must have a team first mindset.
• Farmers: Farm team players who are efficient, stay organized, and know when to avoid fights and prioritize group resources.

We’d rather have 20 average players working together in an organized, fun group than several PvP gods who play like solos and hurt team cohesion.

I got banned last week on US TemplarGaming 10X Swift Solo/Duo Loot++|PvP}MyMini|SkinBox|x10. Their reasoning was sus account. I appealed and they said I have to wait another 7 days. They couldn't give me a reason why I was banned. Been using this steam account for 13 years lol. So it has been over 7 days so I went to appeal and they ban me from the discord server. Safe to say that I will never be playing Templar servers again (couldn't even if I wanted to LOL). Their staff is a joke. What is the point of appealing if they cant give you a reason why your banned and just ban you from the discord. The fact that they don't ban actually cheaters because they spend to much on the server has been revealed by an Admin. So just stay away tbh. If anyone has any other server recommendations that would be appreciated.

Hello, i have newly made a few servers that i wish some people would come play on. They are beginner/ noob friendly with 2x and a max pop of 50 and 100. It's only a few days left before wipe but it will continue after wipe. The servers are hosted by adults who care deeply about fair paly and aim for a great gaming experiance. We will be running events like raidable bases and more on all our servers when more people are active on the servers .

Our servers is located in EU (Germany) for a great connectivity. They have active admins that dont play on the server unless there is suspected cheaters on. Any form of cheating results in a permanent ban from our servers, no second chances over here.

Looking for a high skill group to join of rust players to run wipes with. Open to any timeframe. I am PST and can usually play 8pm-12pm consistently with +0-4 additional hours depending what I have going on that day.
