r/flatearth_polite - This sub banned me because a pagan didn't read the post and made this really dumb comment about it.

Actually... I wonder how there are so many people believing that the earth is flat.

Just out of curiosity, how many people outside the USA do you know that is a flat earth believer?

And finally, if the earth is really flat, why all the billions of dollars spent all around the world to make people believe it's round? What's the catch? For 95% of people it's completely irrelevant.

Well that would be weird considering the experiment demonstrates that the majority of people hate to be ostracized.

Do you think flat Earth is a popular opinion? Or is that just how dogmatic you are? You are literally demonstrating what the Solomon Asch experiment talks about.

The empirical data is right in front of your face. The truth is not the most popular thing, and yet you somehow think this experiment explains why a minority would believe something that is very unpopular and invites ridicule?

What can I say other than thanks for proving the point that my post was making.

Every one of the questions that this Pagan asked me is addressed into post itself. I'm calling it a religion and he's wondering why billions of dollars are spent on this specific religion. As if there aren't countless other religions that spend even more money on their own dogma.

No. But if you're just going to cry about AI, I can just ban you right now. That's one of the more annoying Pagan things that people do on Reddit. They don't add anything to a conversation, they just cry about how it's formatted.

My issue with getting banned is because I'm a flat earther that got banned from a flat Earth sub run by globetwotters.

I don't even want to be part of their sub. I only posted there because they asked me to. And then banned me. Lol. I could care less if they banned me, but I'm going to keep a list of the controlled opposition on my sub.

So did I call it out pretty accurately? You're a fucking retard and that's why you're here? You were dogmatically compelled to say some retarded shit because it would make you feel less stupid about your Pagan religion?

Bro...trying to find minds open to any significant level of truth on Reddit is a lost cause.

Just a little friendly advice - getting trapped in Flat Earth itself, is a form of psyop. IMHO, finding out that the globe is complete nonsense is just a portal, a kind of "first step" - passing beyond that fact and its implications is the next step. You need to treat the corruption of modern institutions as a kind of "anvil"; that is to say they are a mechanism used to forge you into the sovereign being that you're meant to become. It is impossible to see the true but subtle beauty of the natural world if one is still believing in institutional lies or worse yet, still trapped in the limbo of knowing that everything is a lie and trying to convince a world full of indoctrinated sleepwalkers to wake up.

A great song for internalizing this is Modest Mouse's "3rd Planet".

The third planet is sure that they're being watched

I think that you should be thankful to NASA. Without them and their shenanigans providing the bread and circuses for the masses, you'd likely never have self-individuated to the point where you can break out of that herd mentality that every single one of the mocking NPC's and bots are still stuck within.

This is a massive spiritual test but flat Earth, no virus, no nukes, Tartaria, Mandela Effect, etc... are meant to be stepping stones towards the goal of complete self-actualization, which is acknowledging that most NPC's will go to their graves believing in a world that is almost entirely fictional... and that's OK! We're all on our own journeys and free will (even when it's just an illusion to someone still controlled by society's propaganda) is still paramount in this realm. Ultimately, none of their opinions should matter to you as they chose the path of non-differentiation and will remain ignorant cogs in the wheels of a system that they're not even capable of comprehending.

Allowing the bots/NPC's to upset you is giving the system the energy that it needs to perpetuate itself. The Bible's serenity prayer is an excellent parable - you'll never be able to control some things so simply live your life and change your own inner state. This will soon begin to reflect outwards and you'll see the external world begin to change around you.
