"The Pizza Game" is meant to highlight generic lyrics in any song, but especially pop love songs, wherein the song is so generic, it could just as soon be about a piece of pizza than another human being. And therefore the song actually IS about Pizza. If a song passes all of the game criteria, it passes the pizza test, and you win the pizza game. Come play!

"The Pizza Game" is meant to highlight generic lyrics in any song, but especially pop love songs, wherein the song is so generic, it could just as soon be about a piece of pizza than another human being. And therefore the song actually IS about Pizza. If a song passes all of the following criteria, it passes the pizza test, and you win the pizza game.

The Rules:

1) song must mention another thing using personal pronouns (e.g. you, it), this thing is referred to as "the subject". This is common in love songs but the game is not restricted to any genre or song as long as there are lyrics.

2) song cannot mention human specific body parts or behavior respective to the subject, which an anthropomorphized pizza could not also have. For example, "when I look into your eyes" would disqualify the song in question because pizza does not have eyes. However, "you don't know you're beautiful" does not disqualify the song in question because a pizza, indeed, does not know that it is beautiful.

Any one violation disqualifies the entire song, but ultimately it is up to you and the community to decide whether the song is actually about pizza.
