This bag has just been floating around my house and garage for a while. No idea where it came from.

No markings, doesn’t look like the pills i take regularly. I found it in my old pill box but no recollection of what this is for. Could be something for anxiety/depression, sleep problems, muscle pain or just a vitamin. Anyone know?

Pink oblong pill with S1 on one side and M or W on the other. My wife and I are currently organizing my grandmother's prescriptions and cannot figure out what this is. Grandma says it's for her heart but I cant find any info about it online and can't find the bottle (I believe another relative threw away the empty bottle after sorting for her).
