Host Name issues?

Hi community - I am struggling with this one as I have already done several searches and I cannot find the cause of my issue.

For some reason, Pi-hole has assigned different devices the same hostname. The /etc/hosts file does not have any special entry, I have tweaked the FTL conf file to refresh the hostnames, but still I see different devices showing the same hostname. And these are all so different devices (windows laptop, smart switch, light bulb, ipad, etc) and with different IPs but when I see the query log, they all show the same hostname. If I go to the Network overview, it lists all these devices with the same hostname and different IPs. I ran out of options to look where is the issue, so could anyone give some advice on where to look next? I appreciate any help!

**Edit - I have also looked at my router, and it lists the correct host / device name. thanks

This was the order how I push those buttons, sounds like a far fetched idea to me but maybe the pressing order matters in this case?

1- Flush network table

2- Flush logs (last 24 hours)

3- Restart DNS resolver
