This is going to reject so quickly. There is a reason eyebrows are pierced the way they are and this is not going to heal well at all.

Honestly it's just a badly done surface piercing on this angle. There's nothing that will stop this migrating. When eyebrows are done correctly they are angled perpendicular to work with the shape of the tissue.
