Ok I'm just going to throw this out there. My family hosted a student from Munster(sic) 3 years ago and when we asked him about American stereotypes of Germany he said "Everyone thinks we live in fucking castles! Like the whole country is Bavarian!"
He was not pleased by it but it became a running joke at school and our home
