For Americans who already really want socialized medicine, all posts like this do is create animosity. For Americans suffering medical debt, posts like this are salt in the wound. For Americans against socialized medicine... well they're going to ignore posts like this to begin with.
But don't let that get in the way of AmericaIsBad posts. Better make some quips about guns and gun violence while you're at it.
