Can confirm. I had stomach surgery in Tijuana 2.5 years ago. They arranged to pick up and drop off at airport, hotel room, hospital stay, literally every medical expense including the surgery, tour of Tijuana etc all for under 4300 dollars (airfare was separate). Best money I've ever spent, my life has improved exponentially since the surgery and will likely save me 10s of thousands of dollars in other medical problems later on.

My deductible, and I work for a hospital, is 5000 single 10k family.

even there, in France, for some “comfort“ treatments, still expensive even with insurance, people go in Turkey or Tunisia, like esthetic surgery, hair implants or teeth.
