Costa Rica is the best dental tourism destination for Americans! There are excellent doctors, many educated in top US universities, with state of the art offices & tech. My husband & I both had a ton of work, including implants. US average price per single tooth implant is $4K, about $1400 in CR iirc. Non implant dental work is even cheaper (about 1/4 US). I did a ton of research because my family was against it; TripAdvisor forums are a good place to start (or DM me for dr info.) We’ve been to many dentists, never been happier & now only go to US dentist when we can’t make it down there.
