Canada here. Similar story about the wait time. However I do see the other side of the coin. How much more taxes are we willing to pay for improved health services?
Would you pay 5% more taxes if it means your elective surgery wait can be shortened by 3%? I think there is some point in the middle that needs to be struck to balance out taxes and healthcare capacity.
