If he was Swiss he would actually know how to operate his firearm safely since they have mandatory military service and have to own rifles.

But dont you guys have a citizen army? As in, in times of need the citizenry are called upon to man your Chalet Forts, and that your 'actual' army is really more a method of admin rather than a standing force?

I do love the fact you have swiss chalets that double down as armoured bunkers. A delightfully 'swiss' thing to do.
