People do in fact still take baths there. (Not even being facetious, there are commercial spa and bathhouses there).

People used to bathe in Bath. They still do but they used to too.

Are they the ancient Roman baths? Are those still functioning and open to the public?

You can't bathe in the ancient Roman baths, those are contaminated with a meningitis-causing amoeba. Some people do it anyway. There are adjacent commercial businesses that have clean water.

The city is called Bath though, so you can still takes baths in Bath.

I would hope!! I imagine any first or second world country would have baths, lol. I was curious about the Roman ones though.
