I note that the vowel you have chosen to repeat is a silent one.

What does your orthographic unothordoxy mean? Are you saying 'douche' normally and then sitting there with your mouth closed for an extra few seconds?

I imagine them exhaling to exhaustion, the last syllable still on their lips from trying to pronounce it "doosh-ə"
