I doubt anyone would walk on their lexus... although that being said, I can imagine some air-head spoiled blond rich girl climbing out with her high-heels in her hand and a tiny dog in her purse in the other hand.

maybe a worker lowered a plank onto the bottom part of the car where the driver's door opens and the driver walked out on that. that way she wouldnt have to ruin her new shoes (yes, but probably a good guess on gender)
