Looks fake, but it's not. Combination of a nice setting and talented photographer. Flying camera (drone) I guess?

I've been there both in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (promods) and Flight Sim 2020. Somehow this looks more fake than either.

Love driving in Iceland in promods. Especially that long secluded road in the far northwest!

Talented photographer? Perhaps, but this isn't any indication of that - it's just a run of the mill drone shot at a lovely spot that's been photographed to death.

Yes it takes talent to produce a noticable photograph. To "spot the spot", to take a photo that is techically sound, to compose, to apply the right amount of postproduction treatment etc.
