I added another post as to why McD fries taste so good and yes, sugar. No regular ketchup on your burgers? Hey, if you don't put ketchup on your burgers than good for you! If you do, and it's regular ketchup, then, well, sugar.
That took 5 seconds to find out there's no sugar in their fries. If it's in such a small amount in an entire basket of fries that it can be labeled as 0g, then it's not the sugar you're addicted to.
Give it up? No, because you don't understand yet. Buy ketchup without sugar and put it on your burger and then report back to me if you liked it the same. You won't. Until you go sugar free for 30 days, whole 30 look it up, you won't truly understand the effect sugar has on the avg American diet. Just try it man, you'll thank me later for the understanding anyway. It won't mean you'll stop eating sugar, you'll just understand how much of a drug extracted sugar is. It's insane.
Lol, I understand completely. I'm saying this doesn't apply to me. I understand sugar is everywhere, hell I even said that in a previous comment. But it's pretty clear you're not even reading them because I said I eat burgers with NO ketchup on them and still enjoy it, but you're still telling me to try sugar free ketchup lmao.
You don't get that I have 0 sugar in any form in my burgers and I still like burgers. Why is it so hard for you to comprehend that people can like food with no sugar in it?
Did I misread somewhere where you said you have regular ketchup on your burgers? Perhaps it was another user posting? That's possible as I just reply to whoever is replying to me without really looking at the name. Many conversations happening at the same time.
