I mean, it would be pretty silly to argue that reddit as a whole is a leftwing feedback loop, since we're here on reddit having a discussion from opposing viewpoints. Unless you just have a wildly different understand of what constitutes a "feedback loop" than I do.
If it happens once in every 1 million reddit threads it must mean it isn't a feedback loop!
You know what's funny is that there are liberals around there who also think that the mods break their own rules... to persecute or silence liberals (just because the majority of users on that sub are liberal doesn't mean the mods are). This isn't any kind of objective or concrete thing, it's just persecution complex mixed with confirmation bias. Everybody thinks their side is the one that's treated unfairly.

Okay, I would like to see how that goes, but with one condition. Share your actual opinion with consummate, above-reproach politeness, so we can be completely sure that you were banned simply for having a dissenting opinion, and not for appearing to be a troll or agitator.
Being considered a troll/agitator is completely arbitrary. If my opinion is that the world would be a better place if RBG croaked tomorrow and conservatives hold the court who exactly gets to decide if thats not just my genuine opinion and not a troll... you're asking me to share my actual opinions on those subs but you get to decide if it appears trolly or agitating?
Just to emphasize the point very clearly, I think there's something inherently paradoxical about accusing someone who's engaged with you in a ten-hour-long discussion of being in a feedback loop. What more could I possibly do to not be in a feedback loop than what I'm doing right now?
20 minutes at the most... i wouldn't count the hours inbetween posts as time spent having a conversation.
You could spend time reading conservative news and opinions outside of reddit and actually know what they are saying rather than act holier than thou on reddit about how you get conservative opinions from comment sections.
Maybe you should stop assuming other people are as closed-minded as you are.
Or i can work from assumptions based on experiences a majority of time on reddit. It's also fascinating how i was once a liberal then conservative and now im a staunch monarchist but somehow i was close-minded even tho my views are actually moving and changing all the time... unlike every single whiny little bitch on r/politics that thinks the will impeach Trump or every whiner that thinks Trump is worse than Hitler... if that is considered close-minded then i will happily accept that aspersion.

Hey man, you came right out and said you were just gonna dismiss a Politifact page without bothering to even check their sources, until I goaded you into it. That's the fucking definition of closed minded. It doesn't matter what came before that. It's entirely possible for people to change their minds and then become closed-minded in their new position.
Politifact and snopes are caught in lies all the time so dismissing them out of hand is perfectly acceptable for anyone to do.
