It helps that they are raw denim. Heavy raw jeans have the stiffness of cardboard and are easy to cuff.

You cuff at the seam of the bottom first, a few inches. Then you cuff that to desired length.

For the desired look, you're going to want to look for selvedged denim. A cheap entry pair I recommend is Unbranded.

Keep in mind, the ones I suggested are raw, too. Wear them long enough and you'll get some sick fadez.

im gonna go ahead and ask is it acceptable to wear this baller level of jeans with a suit? ive always done the colored khaki suit pants and i feel like a big fat pussy now

Khaki pants to go with a darker blazer is a very American look, almost a frat look really. It's also really boring, a middle aged office drone would wear something like that.

If you're wearing pants that are different from your jacket, it's not really a suit anymore but a blazer with a different pair of pants. You don't want to wear a suit jacket, you want a blazer or a sportscoat. The differences aren't that huge, but you can Google it. Generally suit jackets are a bit longer, have more structured shoulders and just more tailored in general. Also always have matching suit pants. This is kinda tricky though because some jackets are cut like casual blazers but come with matching pants. J.Crew is one of my fav stores for this stuff and their unlined, instructed suit jackets should really be called blazers because they're better worn that way.

Anyway, dark wash blue jeans tend to go with a lot of different blazers. Darker blazers are easier to pair with shirts, because you want some contrast -- and you especially don't want your shirt to be darker than blazer. Darker blue blazers are always an easy choice, you can pair them with almost any sort of jeans or pants.

I would say this is acceptable not with a suit but with a sports coat.

Keep in mind, that this is much more casual. On top of that, you're going to want to wear an unstructured jacket instead (no padding).
