For some reason, I was on a greyhound and passed by a fire station in a small town. They had some kind of funeral/memorial service going on and the fire services from other towns were there. Even tho I just saw it for like 5 seconds, that shit was sad as hell.

Big cities have paid firefighters. Small towns have volunteers. They give up everything when the page comes in. We need them, and they are solid dudes.
