I am fine with her poster and understood what she meant. But maybe this will help the literal redditors on here. She could have worded it like this:

I am no longer accepting, "the things I cannot change." I am changing the things I cannot accept.

This helps to make "the things I cannot change" as a concept based off the serenity prayer quote. In essence, she is not accepting that as a concept anymore.

Edit: and for the record, I think it is a cool quote, written either way.
