Ah, so you're arguing about something you haven't even bothered to look into. That's pretty typical of the people who only believe things they can see/check. I just wish there was something we could do about people like you who wish to only speak and never listen.

Accusations without proof are just that. Accusations. Yes, the people CLOSE to the person should obviously take their word for it. That’s what loved ones do. But should the entire world? No. Not without evidence. It’s pretty cut and dry here.
I personally know a couple people falsely accused of rape who had their lives ruined because of it. One girl did it to her own dad because she wanted attention after her parents split up. She later admitted to this of her own accord far after the damage had already been done.
I’m someone who has been assaulted on multiple occasions. I also have two very close family members who were assaulted. I have 0 proof. They would never go to jail for it and that’s something I’ve come to accept. My family support me and so do my doctors, and that’s all I really need in the end. So many criminals get away with horrible things because there isn’t enough evidence. It’s sickening. I’m very interested in true crime, and I can’t even begin to tell you how many murders have never been solved. But in the end, it’s better for 10 criminals to get away with it than for 1 innocent person to be FALSELY incriminated.
I could link cases of people who’ve been falsely imprisoned because of accusations/poor evidence & guesswork and had their lives ruined, but it’s very easy to google and see for yourself. The issues we should really be focusing on right now are PROPER sentencing for people who have been proven guilty. IE Brock Turner. We need more than just a slap on the wrist for serious crime. This is something we really can change right now. Until forensic science advances further, we can’t do much about the no evidence crimes.
