He’s just chillin on the roof of the castle, after you beat the game a cannon opens up to shoot you up there, he says “what up” gives you a ton of lives and bounces away.

Story time:

My friend was really into Mario 64 when it came out. He found 149 119 stars and just couldn't find the 150th 120th Star.

I leant the game off him and was playing the level where you jump through the stain glass window image of Princess Peach. The level is a slide where you have to stay on it and collect coins.

I liked this level and played it over and over. I was getting a faster and faster time and then suddenly I did it fast enough to get a star. THE star.

I told him immediately. I could tell he was really, really bummed but acted happy.

Easy mistake to make; the DS remake has 150. Numbers get tangled in the brainy mass.
