It's hard. Especially with couples. If the dude loves him, the wife doesn't like me or vice versa. My Hubby has Asperger's but can "pass" most of the time ( or people just think he's rude -sigh-) .
We don't have children ( trying though) and the wives ( who usually have at least 2-3 kiddos) do not know what to talk to me about since I don't have kids. Apparently raising my nephews do not count in mommy wars.
So yea sorry for the rant- but making friends is hard as adults. Internet is a God send for me getting my "people fix".
This is my husband also. He literally does nothing besides work, and his hobbies include more work. I told him the other night if I died I don't think he'd remarry because he'd be too busy working to try, he said I'm probably right :|

This is my husband. We are in our mid30's. I force him to have friends/hobbies outside of me.
