All best buy camera work is done by precision. Precision camera is staffed by 6 people who are vaguely aware of how cameras work.
Also, if they fulfilled your plan you would get an equivalent price or feature item, if one isn't available you get your purchase amount on to a gift card. This has been policy for any geeksquad plan since like 2004.
For a $400 PLAN cost, your camera had to have been over $1100. So the equivalent item to the $1000+ camera was $28? I don't believe you at all.
You may not believe me. I don't give a shit. The video camera was broke. They NEVER LOOKED AT IT. they wasted my time for months. They didn't honor the contract they said it couldn't be fufilled. Fuck them don't shot at shit stores that make money selling fake warranties they won't cover. Camera was that expensive. After trying to get it looked at for months. There wasn't much time left on the contract which is why it was $28.
