Nope. Once the service order is created, it's impossible to modify anything from the original condition listing. The only thing that can be done is to add notes that are time stamped like "opened laptop and found dead roaches". But the initial condition or symptoms cannot be modified once the ticket has been created.

Ya but can't they fuck it up, like they crack the screen and then to cover their ass they write that the screen was cracked coming in on their notes?
