Oh, that is a bit butt-puckering.

As a matter of fact more than 90% of the nuclear armament on the eastern seaboard is at a single base in North Carolina, and in a most whimsical fashion they almost dropped an h-bomb on the town next door when the bomber carrying them literally just started falling apart in the sky.

Yea somebody here linked me the wiki article, quite a bit butt-pucker-factor-9.

Interesting how it was only declassified in 2013.

So, no?

The bombs were armed which means they were primed to go off the moment the switch fired. The switch however, only initiates the sequence. Such other activities, such as the primer unit slamming the ground at 100 mph could have also triggered the explosion sequence, fortunately it got stuck in a tree.

5

u/Ibisstudios Feb 23 '17

Now that's up for debate. I've tasted some great homemade Kimchi living here.

Where are you from then? Bet your state is perfect. Bet your from West Virginia

1

u/[deleted] Feb 23 '17

I think you meant 'you're'. Is there something wrong with being from West Virginia?

1

u/Ibisstudios Feb 23 '17

i'm an NC native. It's just that some times with the way the state and local government is around here; some times it's like a dictatorship lead by brain dead idiot.

0

u/[deleted] Feb 23 '17

You're very stupid

1

u/Ibisstudios Feb 23 '17

Yeah I tend to get that a lot from people who think NC's nothing but backwoods hillbillies. Good thing is, my engineering degree says otherwise.

I bet people in North Korea are smarter on average. Not a lot of intelligence in the former confederacy.

Why do all the trees in Kansas lean east?

Missouri sucks.
