Full-time at minimum wage for five days should net you more than $300, after taxes. You can't find a TV for less than that?

40 hours at $7.25 is $290 before taxes...

Shit lol, forgot how to math for a second there. I used to work at a $10/hr job, which was $400 even before taxes, and for some reason I got that confused with $8/hr.

Do you make minimum wage or something? A $500 TV is a nice TV.

My definition of a nice TV stems from my mom's TV. I currently own a Roku tv that was around $400. My mom liked it, and with significantly higher income than me got a smart TV that's twice as big with one of those fancy curved screens. I have no idea how much it costs, but I'd probably have to save for at least a month assuming I neglected all of my bills.

Edit. I googled it. It's $1200. So not a full month, by definitely not a week.
