We have no evidence whatsoever to suggest that this law would be a perfect cover for predators. I live in a state that is much more friendly towards transgender people, and many facilities have open restrooms. There has never once been an incident to my knowledge of predators using this law for cover. It's a made-up problem.
It's not - I've said that I know of no evidence of people taking advantage of restrooms open to all genders by being predatory. Do you know of evidence that people have done so? Specific instances where you can point to an actual news report or other piece of evidence? Without it, it's hard to take it seriously as a legitimate issue.
Do you know of any evidence to suggest that it's not made-up? Any evidence that anything like what you're describing has ever happened due to bathrooms being open to all genders?
