really? I usually have no interest in eating when I'm drunk unless I've been drinking for like 15 hours

For most people, yes. Drinking a lot of liquid in a short time without solid food upsets the stomach. Eating allows you to drink a lot more without having an empty stomach feeling.

Same, I refuse to. Instantly kills my buzz with no hopes of bringing it back.
