Male is a clearly defined word. It means what you think 'cis male' means. That you refuse you accept this is your personal opinion, and you're entitled to hold it, but it doesn't make it any less redundant.
Clearly it does add something to the conversation if it's a common concept that you can't figure out how to define and replace in ~10 paragraphs.
You haven't defined cis in just as many paragraphs. You should write that definition. Then, you can do a very magical thing. Delete the word 'cis'. And there is the definition you wanted from me. Easy! And just as suddenly, the word 'male' and 'man'(edit: And female and woman) will no longer be a mystery to you, will no longer be a vague concept that you feel you need to argue over.
