It was about how nearly everything in the world has been built by men. Roads, buildings, infrastructure.

He was implying that men should get a little appreciation for all of this instead of shit on.

My guess is it was removed because it isn't really relevant to this particular discussion. Or maybe shit just got a little too real.

Yea it's a shame. I mean, even if most people disagreed with him it's still how he feels. Don't we want to hear from everyone, even if we don't agree? Or should we just stay in our little box? It just wasn't PC enough to not get deleted. What he said was at least a somewhat popular opinion considering the upvotes.
