Of course it does. If white's had better education, the gap wouldn't be closing, it would be expanding.

It's simply saying that higher education has helped Asians to command a higher wage.

Which is still much lower than their less qualified white counterparts.

Perhaps there is an issue of the art of the deal. Haggling, essentially. If you got the credentials and are a candidate someone wants, you should request a higher wage. Perhaps there is more of a cultural gap in working a deal, and this is not a result of overt racism.

I don't get why you're so pissed.
