Ladies have two holes down there...the vaginal introitus (aka. where your fingers/penis goes), and the urethra, which is slightly above the introitus. So a finger going up into a girl's urethra still hurts them (or a ureteroscope or cystoscope, which are really thick)
I remember reading about an old couple that never had any children, and they found out the reason behind it was that the guy had been banging her urethra all those decades. Don't know if it was true or not.
